Marcia Rothschild

Marcia has over 20 years of experience in global banking, having held senior business development and client relationship management roles within a number of leading international financial institutions. Throughout her career, Marcia has developed her expertise in customer relationship management, fund services and alternative investments, and has a proven track record in spearheading growth initiatives, both in established and start-up firms globally.

At FundBank, Marcia is Senior Managing Director, Head of Business Development and Client Relations, overseeing business development and client relationships. Prior to joining FundBank, Marcia was Senior Vice President, Head of Latin America & The Caribbean at State Street Corporation, responsible for coordinating all efforts in the region, including driving strategy, stewarding client engagement and pursuing growth opportunities. Marcia served on the Global Advisory Board of the Professional Women’s Network, and was the Executive Sponsor of the Latin American Professionals Group, MLT Equity at Work Certification (Black and Hispanic).

Previously, Marcia held the role of Director at Vistra where she was responsible for business development efforts for Vistra’s Alternatives division in the Americas. Prior to working at Vistra, Marcia held leadership positions at SS&C, Citigroup and BNP Paribas in the United States, Luxembourg and Brazil.

Born in Brazil, Marcia received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she is now a Board Member of its Hispanic and Latino Alumni Association (DUHLAA). Her native language is Portuguese, however, she is also fluent in English, French and Spanish.
